PRODUCT AVAILABILITY: At Futurenatural, we strive to have products in stock and ready to ship when you order, however there are times when our product quantities may be limited. During your check out process, we provide you with the inventory status of every product. If a product is unavailable, we will provide you with the date that we expect to ship that product. If the expected ship date is unacceptable, please contact one of our customer service specialists and we'll be glad to make an alternative product recommendation.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY: Most orders are shipped within 48 hours and arrive within 7-10 business days. If you would like to receive your order sooner we offer two-day or next-day shipping. Total shipping charges for your order will be displayed for your review and approval before completing the check out process.

**Free shipping only applies to orders within the continental United States. Orders from Alaska and Hawaii will be charged a flat fee of $20.00 for all orders up to 5lbs.

SALES TAX: If you are placing an order outside of Texas, there is no sales tax on your purchases. Sales tax on orders inside Texas are charged at the current rate of 8%.
PAYMENT OPTIONS: We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express.
REFUNDS: We stand behind all of our products but in the event of an allergic reaction or skin irritation, we will gladly refund your purchase less shipping costs for up to 30 x days from the date of purchase, once we receive the goods. In the event that a full refund is sought due to damaged or faulty goods, Futurenatural will reimburse the value of the order less the shipment charge. EXHANGES: We want you to be happy with your futurenatural purchase. If you are dissatisfied with a non-defective product, we would love to help you find something to better suit your needs. We will arrange for a replacement or exchange on any unopened, unused product. We will not exchange on any goods that are not returned to us in original condition. Please note you will be responsible for shipping costs on returns of non-defective goods.
